Schools Team Racing Programme This programme has been put together to facilitate Primary and secondary schools to take sailing on as a sport. It is a fun way of learning and developing sailing with in a team structure. It has a positive impact on students who do not engage in contact team sports such as hurling, soccer or rugby. The programme will develope co ordination, team work, self confidence and independance and will give a sence of acomplishment to the student.
