RYA Keelboat Level 2 This RYA certified course provides the skills & background knowledge needed to becoming a competent sailor in light winds with an introduction to sailing techniques & manoeuvres, rigging, safety, man over board & basic rules of the road.. Our course has the added advantage of being endorsed for coastal waters. This course is part of the RYA National 'Sailing Scheme'. Course Type: Practical, some theory Required Experience: Minimum age 11 Assumed Knowledge: Knowledge to Level 1 standard Course Content: Becoming a competent sailor in light winds with an introduction to sailing techniques and manoeuvres, rigging, launching, safety and basic rules of the road.
