RYA Keelboat Level 1 (2 Days) This RYA certified course provides the skills & background knowledge needed to becoming a competent sailor in light winds with an introduction to sailing techniques & manoeuvres, rigging, safety, man over board & basic rules of the road. Our course has the added advantage of being endorsed for coastal waters. This course is part of the RYA National 'Sailing Scheme'. It can be taken as 4 days intensive or split over 2 weekends. Course Type: Practical, some theory Required Experience: Minimum age 11 Assumed Knowledge: None Course Content: The quickest and easiest way to learn to sail. Our keelboats are small enough to handle easily, but big enough to take a crew of 5 plus your instructor.
